Order Cancellations

Order Cancellations after we have processed your order will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Exceptions to this policy are solely 22 Fabrications discretion and will depend on the situation. For example, if you place an order and realize you’ve made an error, then you quickly contact us prior to the order processing, we may waive this fee.

Shipping

All orders are processed in the order they are received and only red label/air freight orders take a first priority. We ship products as fast as we can but you can typically expect at least one day delay between placing your order and the product shipping for products we stock. Products not in stock are handmade, and may have extended shipping delays, but typically will ship within 5 business days.

Shipping and Billing Addresses must be the same, no drop shipments.

We ship by UPS or USPS depending on value, weight and customer request to deliver parts as timely as possible for the lowest cost. We only ship to the continental US.

Return and Exchange Policy

All items except Special Orders can be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Items being returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items returned must be in perfect, “new” condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return or exchange. It is your responsibility to package all returned merchandise well enough to prevent damage during the return shipment. To initiate a return or exchange, call 22 Fabrications at 609-775-8194. Packages WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and return shipping must be prepaid. CODs are NOT accepted.

Warranty

All parts manufactured by 22 Fabrications are intended for off-road or competition use only, and are sold “as is” without any warranty whatsoever. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, etc., are also excluded. The entire risk as to quality and performance is with the buyer. Should such accessories prove defective, the buyer assumes the entire cost of all necessary services and repairs.

Warning

Do not install any 22 Fabrications product if you do not feel competent at installing the product without causing present or future injury to yourself or others. If necessary, consult a professional installer.

Applicable Use

All Products sold by 22 Fabrications are for Off-Road Use Only. Any performance modifications and installations made are at the customer’s own risk. 22 Fabrications holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance part. Items sold for off-road use only may be illegal for road use in some states or provinces and are in intended for off-road racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road.

Our products are designed and tested to fit according to factory motorcycle designs. 22 Fabrications cannot guarantee installation or fitment problems caused by aftermarket parts or a non-standard configuration.

By purchasing any of our products we manufacture or resell, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product and agrees that 22 Fabrications holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.

The buyer acknowledges that 22 Fabrications has made him or her aware that these products are intended for off road or race track use, only.

Damaged Merchandise and Shipment Shortages

Merchandise damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Products shipped from 22 Fabrications are inspected prior to shipment and we make all effort to package it securely. All shipments are F.O.B. Villas, NJ. It is your responsibility to inspect the shipment completely, while the shipping driver is present, and have him/her note any damages. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection. DO NOT return any damaged parts to 22 Fabrications. If you do, the carrier may not honor your claim and the loss will become the responsibility of the customer. We can assist with the filing of any damage claims.

If a shortage is found within the shipment, it must be reported to 22 Fabrications within five (5) business days of receipt of shipment. Claims should refer to the invoice number, date of invoice, date of shipment, part number and description. We will not be responsible for damages or losses reported after the 5 business day period.
